About Khandekar Hussan Reza

Khandekar Hussan Reza is an academician and researcher with 10 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical education and research. He is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, MAKAUT, West Bengal (from 1st August 2022 – till date). Previously, he served as Assistant Professor at Bengal School of Technology, Chinsurah, Hooghly (1st April 2015 – 31st July 2022), Research Associate at Aavishkar Oral Strips Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad (10th December 2013 – 10th March 2015), and Assistant Professor at Santhiram College of Pharmacy, Nandyal, Andhra Pradesh (3rd July 2011 – 7th December 2013).
As an Assistant Professor, he teaches B.Pharm and M.Pharm subjects related to Pharmaceutics and prepares training manuals and MCQ-based question papers. His research areas include Oral Thin Film Technology, Nano drug delivery, Biopharmaceutics, and Pharmacokinetics.
He has been actively involved in regulatory and accreditation documentation, including preparation of approvals for PCI and AICTE, SAR for NBA, SSR and AQAR for NAAC, and documentation for AISHE and NIRF. He also maintains a YouTube channel, “Hassan’s Pharma Patshala,” and supervises the website pharmasolution.org.in for academic and career guidance in Pharmacy.
He has published research and review articles in reputed indexed journals, with 195 citations, h-index of 8, and i10-index of 7 (Google Scholar). His publications focus on nanoemulsion, oral thin film technology, osmotic pump tablets, nano drug delivery systems, and related areas. He has also contributed book chapters on molecular pharmacology and advancements in nanoparticles and nanofluids research.
